How to buy

The ordering of products is conducted electronically. By clicking on “Add to Cart”, the selected product is added to the shopping cart. The product is neither reserved, ordered nor purchased by adding it to the bag alone. The buyer can continue to add products by clicking on “Checkout”, or review the bag content by clicking on “View Cart”, or finish the product selection process by clicking on “Checkout”. When the product selection process is concluded by clicking on the “Checkout” button, the buyer will be redirected to a page where they can select payment method, delivery method, where a code can be entered if the customer has a coupon or gift card, where additional notes optionally can be added. The purchase cannot continue without checking the “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions ” checkbox, where by checking it the buyer confirms that they have read and understood the Terms, and that they agree with them. By clicking on “Update Cart” the buyer can change the content of their shopping cart. If the buyer agrees with the purchase of products included in the cart, they can click on the “Payment” icon. When the buyer clicks on the “Place order” icon and finalizes the order, the seller will send these General order receipt, and the order number which confirms that the purchase order has been received and is being processed.

The seller will also e-mail to the buyer, to their e-mail address, the confirmation of contracted purchase agreement, together with the confirmation that the package was sent.

 
Payment methods

Payments in the last step of the order process are made through the WSPay billing system The buyer is obliged to pay the product ordered by one of the following methods:

‒ Credit or debit card – direct Internet payment, by using the card payment service: Visa Electron, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Diners.

Residents of the Republic of Croatia can, besides credit or debit card payments, use one of the additional payment methods:

‒ MBNet MaestroPlus  ‒  allows acceptance of Maestro card payments with installment terms.The following is a list of banks in MBNet group.

‒  CVV or CVC number CVV Number (Card Verification Value/Code)

Your CVV number (or card verification value) or CVC (card verification code) on your credit card or debit card is a three or four-digit number on your card. This code is a fraud-prevention tool, used when making card-not-present transactions, such as online purchases that don’t require you to actually have the physical credit card. You just need the information printed on it.

American Express

If you’re using an American Express issued card, the CVV will be a four-digit number found on the front of your card.
For American Express credit cards issued in Croatia, starting with number “3775”, there is a three digit control number on the back of the credit card.

Visa i MasterCard

The CVC control number is a three-digit number, typically the last three digits in a row and they are printed on the back of all Visa, MasterCards and Diners cards.

‒ Cash on delivery (on receipt) – the customer can pay in cash to the deliverer at the moment of delivery to their address. Payment can be made in cash exclusively, i.e. it is not possible to pay at point of delivery with a credit card.

‒ Bank Transfer – the information necessary to perform the payment will be e-mailed to the buyer, including the account number to which the buyer must pay the order amount. The buyer can perform the payment by using Internet banking, or by paying in bank branch office, post office, or FINA, etc. After the payment is received, the products ordered will be mailed to the buyer, to the address specified in the order.

Payment slip

1) Before the payment you have to make an order via website.
2) Fill out a receipt (a receipt can be obtained at any post office, bank, Fine)
3) Changes: name and surname and place the amount of your package.
4) Do not changed: The recipient, Model, Account number.
5) Description of payment: Enter your order number .
6) Pay the money order in the post office, bank, Fina or Internet banking.
7) Take pictures or scan your copy of payment you paid.
8) Figure paid money order send as attachment / attachment to our email.
9) We inform you by email about your details of the Products you have ordered and . tracking number to track your parcel.
